This quilt was begin in 1999. I fell in love with the foundation paper piecing (by hand) technique and found the veggies and fruit thrilling. Now that I’m in my new home I unpacked the pieces and have decided to finish all my UFOs (UnFinished Objects) so the I can begin 2024 with a really clean slate. I have started trying to make the pieces come together and I’m really enjoying the process.
This quilt is now completed and I’ve very happy with it. It won 1st prize in the Small Quilt category at the 2024 Bondville Fair Quilt Show.
