Oscar’s Legacy, 45″ x 54″, Bondville, Vermont, 2023

A replica in fabric of the abstract painting my paternal grandfather, the artist Oscar Weisbuch pained in 1947 (76 years ago), pictured below. This quilt is intended for my brother Clark. I started it in 2013, but it got lost in the shuffles of my life for 10 years. I finally finished it and I love the result.

I used a projector to replicate an image of the painting.
