Having started in 2001, I am as usual finding and finishing old quilts in my new sewing room this year. I’m on a tear! This one is hand appliquéd and quilted, and I used the Quilt-As-You-Go method to sash it and finish it. This is a queen topper at 62″ x 62″. I loved getting back into the hand quilting required to finish about 5 blocks! Wow, it’s like riding a bike! this quilt was shown at both the Jamaica Day and Bondville Fair Quilt Show in 2024. It was purchased by Jessica P, who was also kind enough to allow me to show it at QuiltFest too! Thanks Jessica!
