I am trying to continue to evolve my impressionistic paint dabbing style of image construction on a new image. It is a gorgeous view of Monet’s garden in Giverny, France. The view is from the Japanese bridge onto his pond. I’m also working on some pieces just on his water lilies.
This first landscape quilt is about 4″ x 3″ and I am going to try elaborate and make more subtle this technique.
