To get myself back into my favorite fusible-web appliqué work, I decided to create a quilt in memory of an old friend who has passed away. This will be my kitchen quilt, featuring an exquisite French Bresse hen named after my dear friend Henrietta Dickison.
This is based on a pattern by Laura Heine which I re-drew, and fusible-web appliquéd. Not finished yet, I got sidetracked by EPP, but I’ll get back on it soon. On the left is he back o the quilt showing the quilting lines, and on the right is the completed top.
